Team Vitality said on Sept. 24 in its announcement that TF1 Business Solutions, part of TF1 Group, had announced a licensing representation agreement between TF1 Licensing and the French club. The offer puts merchandise, experiential activations and brand content around Vitality’s identity before advertisers. The announcement and French trade reports do not disclose the agreement’s term, territory or financial terms.

The first announced client project is a TF1 Factory campaign for BYD around the Dolphin G launch at the 2026 Esports World Cup in Paris. The campaign presents the car as a new member of the roster, the “New (G)amer,” through a trailer and social clips featuring Vitality Rocket League players. Sport Buzz Business and Stratégies also report the agreement and the first BYD activation.

In the same release, Team Vitality reported a 2025 annual reach of 115 million people and said 84% of its audience was aged 18–34. It also said it drew 48.31 million hours viewed at EWC 2026, nearly 19% more than the second-ranked club, and that its booth received more than 20,000 visitors over seven weeks. These are figures published by the club, not independently audited measures.

The arrangement adds a licensing intermediary that can package club intellectual property for third-party advertisers. The disclosed role is licensing representation and campaign development; the sources do not describe a broadcast-rights sale. TF1 says esports remains underrepresented in licensing, while the BYD project shows one delivered format. Further advertiser campaigns or named merchandise licensees would clarify whether the offer becomes a recurring pipeline.
