TF1 Business Solutions is the group’s cross-business unit for services to brands and companies. TF1 Group created it in 2021 to coordinate work across the group, including content production, events, endorsement, licensing, strategic consulting and marketing management.
The unit brings together TF1 Licensing, which commercializes TF1 brands for licensed products and promotional activity, and TF1 Factory, the group’s multidisciplinary production agency. TF1 Business Solutions works alongside TF1 PUB’s advertising expertise, giving advertisers access to production and experiential activations as well as licensing.
In September 2026, TF1 Business Solutions announced that TF1 Licensing would represent Team Vitality to advertisers. The first disclosed client campaign was developed by TF1 Factory for BYD, showing how the unit can combine licensing and production services in an esports project.
