TEC pairs a multi-title club operation with the distribution and sports-business context of its founder, Titan Sports Media Group. Its VALORANT division was formed shortly before the 2024 VCT CN launch, reached the 2025 Evolution Cup final and then relocated to Wuxi; together these give the club competitive and city-linked activation surfaces.
