Paramount Games Studio combines games development, publishing and interactive licensing within Skydance. Its June 5, 2026 launch brought the existing Paramount and Skydance games operations together, including Skydance Interactive and Skydance New Media, with Skydance Games serving as a publishing label.[1]

Tony Driscoll was appointed president at launch. The studio works across console, PC, mobile and emerging platforms; its announced portfolio includes publishing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin, developed by Platinum Games. That project illustrates its use of external development alongside internal teams.[1][2]

The games business has operations in Los Angeles, in the United States. An employer-posted games strategy and business operations role is based on-site there and reports into Paramount Games management. This identifies an operating location rather than a separate legal headquarters for the umbrella studio.[3]

Variety reported, citing an October 6, 2026 staff memo, that Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery’s games and experiences teams would be combined under Driscoll. The reported plan brings this business and Warner Bros. Games’ internal developers into one organization. It is an integration plan, distinct from the studio’s already established publishing and development functions.[4]
