Overview
Intel Extreme Masters USA 2027 is an in-person Counter-Strike 2 tournament scheduled for April 5–11. ESL has confirmed the United States as the host market but says the city is still to be announced. The published slot list includes global and regional VRS invitations plus four closed qualifier places; no team names are confirmed in the event details.[1]
The 16-team format uses two eight-team double-elimination groups, with four teams from each group reaching the arena playoffs. The final stage will be played before a live audience. ESL lists USD 1 million in total winnings, split between USD 300,000 in player prize money and USD 700,000 in club rewards.[1][2]
IEM’s current partner list identifies Intel as Presenting Partner and Acer Predator, DHL, and ZOWIE as Official Partners. AutoFull is the ESL Counter-Strike Pro Tour’s official chair partner for 2026–2027, and Qiddiya’s five-year agreement covers events across that tour.[3][4][5]
