Sean Gares is an esports executive and former Counter-Strike professional. His career has also included VALORANT coaching and casting. HyperX’s 2022 profile describes him as a former Cloud9 and Echo Fox player and a Counter-Strike in-game leader.[2]
100 Thieves appointed Gares Head of FPS in November 2025. In the role, he has worked across the organization’s FPS programs, including its VALORANT rebuild described in the People’s Esports interview.[1][3]
