Riot Games’ first League of Legends All-Star tournament brought together fan-selected teams from North America, Europe, China, Korea and Southeast Asia at Shanghai Grand Stage in Shanghai, China, from May 24–26, 2013.[1] The main event used a double-elimination bracket; Korea Champions defeated LPL Allstars 2–0 in the final.[2]
The tournament’s competitive prize was an additional berth for the winning region at the Season 3 World Championship. The event also held separate skill competitions for players.[1][2]
