PTG Database Analysis
The 36-team Play-In ran online from June 4–7 in a Swiss format, with best-of-three matches and elimination after two losses. The 16-team LCQ main event followed in July, with four GSL groups from July 7–9 and an eight-team single-elimination playoff from July 10–12. Riot’s June announcement described the top three Play-In teams as advancing; the final main-event roster also includes Fire Flux Esports, which the completed Play-In standings place fourth. I preserve both source records here without inferring a replacement or eligibility rule.[1][2][4][5]
Eintracht Frankfurt defeated Çilekler 3–0 in the best-of-five final and earned the final Challenger place in VCT EMEA Stage 2 Play-Ins. VLR lists no cash prize. The Riot announcement does not identify LCQ-specific commercial partners, so the partnership record remains partial.[1][2][3]
