PTG Database Analysis

League of Legends Championship Pacific is the Asia-Pacific competition property for League of Legends, operated by Riot Games. The official source was checked for the series identity and 2026 competitive structure; individual editions keep their own dates, participants, prize pool and champion.

On Sept. 21, 2026, Riot announced that from 2027 every team in the PCS, VCS and LJL will start each split in its domestic league and compete for an LCP place, replacing the current model in which each league advances only one or two promotion candidates once a year. The LCP remains the region’s top competition and its only route to global events, but the 2027 slot distribution and format have not been published.[2]
