PTG Database Analysis

ESL’s IEM Season V World Championship ran at CeBIT in Hannover from March 1–5, 2011, with Counter-Strike, Quake Live and StarCraft II. A separate four-team League of Legends invitational took place on March 4. Together, the four game competitions offered USD 143,500: USD 80,000 for Counter-Strike, USD 20,000 for Quake Live, USD 30,000 for StarCraft II and USD 13,500 for League of Legends.[1][2][6][8]

In League of Legends, myRevenge League of Legends won ahead of Against All authority League of Legends, SK Gaming League of Legends and Team Dignitas League of Legends. Leaguepedia records two group stages; myRevenge’s own historical awards list also records the IEM invitational win. The overall edition’s participant tab remains partial because its Quake Live and StarCraft II entrants are not yet reconciled to canonical PTG participant records.[6][7][10]
