Overview

The 2020 World Champion Cup ran July 15–August 16. Tiyu+ listed 12 main-event teams in two six-team groups and reported a CNY 32 million total prize pool: CNY 16 million in base funding plus CNY 16 million from sales of the Li Xin commemorative skin.[1]

Group stage and playoffs were staged in Shanghai, with the grand final at Beijing’s Cadillac Arena. TS came back from a 0–3 deficit to defeat DYG 4–3. Tiyu+ names four annual partners and additional e-commerce, voice-platform, beverage, snack and jewelry partners for the final. iQOO, Clear Men, JD.com and Nescafé now resolve to canonical PTG pages; the other reported partners remain under research. All 12 entrants now link to game-specific Honor of Kings Team pages.[2][3]
