PTG Database Analysis
DreamHack Masters Spring 2020: Europe was one of four regional online competitions in the DreamHack Masters Spring schedule. DreamHack moved the planned Jönköping event online; the European competition ran from May 19 to June 14, with 16 teams and a USD 160,000 prize pool. The tournament had no physical host venue or city. BIG defeated G2 Esports in the final.[1][2][3]
Liquipedia lists CORSAIR, Monster Energy, Intel, AT&T and Betway as event sponsors; DreamHack separately announced Betway as the Spring series’ exclusive betting sponsor. Heroic participated but was later disqualified after the organizer sanctioned coach HUNDEN for exploiting the spectator bug during the event.[1][4][6]
