Overview
The 2026 edition of the Americas Cup ran March 4–8 at Riot Games Arena in São Paulo, Brazil. Riot scheduled the Cup for the week before First Stand 2026. Riot Games brought together the second- and third-place teams from the LCS and CBLOL: Cloud9, Sentinels, RED Canids and FURIA. The upper-bracket opening matches were best-of-three; all other matches were best-of-five, with Fearless Draft throughout.[1][3]
FURIA defeated Cloud9 3–0 in the final. Riot’s listed champion benefit was a fully funded two-week bootcamp in South Korea during the 2026 Mid-Season Invitational. Riot’s primer does not report a cash prize pool, so the snapshot leaves that amount unverified rather than treating the bootcamp as cash.[1][2]
