Ongamenet (OGN) is a South Korean cable television channel dedicated to esports broadcasting. Founded in 2000, it was one of the first television channels in the world to focus exclusively on competitive gaming programming.

History

OGN became famous for the Ongamenet Starleague (OSL), which was the premier StarCraft: Brood War competition in South Korea alongside the MBCGame StarCraft League. The channel broadcast major tournaments across StarCraft, League of Legends, and other titles, working closely with the Korea e-Sports Association.

In 2014, OGN partnered with Riot Games and KeSPA to introduce player welfare reforms including minimum salaries and contract guarantees. The channel continues to broadcast the LCK and other major Korean esports events.
