PTG Database Analysis
Flashpoint Season 2 ran online in Europe from November 10 to December 6, 2020. Virtus.pro defeated OG in the final to win the USD 1 million event. The 12-team season used four-team GSL groups and a double-elimination playoff bracket.[1][2]
Because of pandemic travel restrictions, all players competed remotely while FACEIT produced the broadcast from Twickenham Stadium in London. The production location is recorded separately from the online competition region.[4]
Flashpoint commissioner MonteCristo identified Pinnacle as the league’s sponsor while discussing Season 2.[5]
