PTG Database Analysis
The first ESL ESEA Pro League season concluded with eight teams at ESL’s studio in Cologne, Germany, from July 2–5, 2015. ESL and ESEA jointly operated the league, and Fnatic won the finals by defeating Cloud9 3–1 in a best-of-five. Four teams came from each regional division.[1][2][3][4][5][6]
Liquipedia and HLTV list an event prize pool of USD 250,000, while ESL’s June 30 announcement says finalists would compete for a share of USD 500,000. The published sources do not reconcile the difference, so the snapshot preserves both figures and their attribution. The event page lists BenQ, Alienware, Logitech, G2A.com and gamed!de as sponsors; public event materials reviewed here do not establish contract values or activation rights.[1][3][7]
