KRAFTONPTG Database Analysis
PUBG Global Series (PGS) is KRAFTON’s global PUBG: Battlegrounds competition. PUBG Esports describes it as a global stage connecting regional competition with the annual PUBG Global Championship (PGC). The 2026 format grouped 12 series into four three-week circuits; that structure is specific to 2026.[2][3]
For 2027, PUBG Esports announced four phases in which regional leagues lead to their corresponding PGS phases. Teams must qualify separately for each phase, and participation in one phase does not guarantee a place in the next. The announcement does not provide exact dates, locations, formats or field sizes for the individual PGS phases.[1]
