PTG Database Analysis

The 2026 Ulaanbaatar edition was the second stop in the MCT East Asia regional circuit for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. MOONTON Games and eSports Network (ESN) co-hosted the completed tournament at M Bank Arena in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, from October 29–31. Six teams from China, Mongolia, Japan and South Korea competed.[1]

The group stage used a single round robin with best-of-two series. The top two teams from each group advanced to a double-elimination knockout stage. The Grand Final opened as a best-of-seven with an “Immortality Armour” advantage for the upper-bracket finalist; the lower-bracket finalist could remove that advantage through an “Armour Break.”[1]

The MongolZ beat DFYG 3–0 in the lower-bracket final before defeating GZG 5–3 in the Grand Final. The title earned The MongolZ a direct place at the M8 World Championship Main Stage; DFYG and GZG qualified for the Wild Card. The team’s own channel confirmed its championship and M8 qualification.[2][4]
