PTG Database Analysis

DreamHack organized the Counter-Strike 1.6 competition at Elmia in Jönköping, Sweden, from November 27–29, 2008. Liquipedia’s event page gives a EUR 19,520 prize pool and records a 16-team bracket, with SK Gaming beating mTw in the final. Its S-Tier index reports 24 participants, so PTG preserves the 16 named entrants and flags the eight unnamed entries rather than assigning unsupported teams.[1]

DreamHack’s contemporary event release names Intel, ASUS and TeliaSonera in connection with a live overclocking activation. That announcement does not establish them as Counter-Strike tournament partners, so the tournament partnership tab remains empty.[3]
