Overview
Şahin’s playing career at Borussia Dortmund included 274 competitive appearances and two major titles: the Bundesliga in 2011 and the DFB Cup in 2017. He later managed Antalyaspor from 2021 to 2023, returned to Dortmund as an assistant coach in January 2024, and is now listed as head coach by İstanbul Başakşehir.[1][2]
His FUT Esports investment is a separate relationship from his football career. FUT says he has been an investor since 2019, but does not disclose the stake, investment amount or governance role; the public record therefore supports the investor connection without implying an operating position.[3]
