An interview with co-founder and CEO Nikhil Hathiramani also describes IMPLS as the team’s parent company responsible for daily operations. That operating role places IMPLS in the commercial chain behind Paper Rex’s CROCIRIS partnership, while Paper Rex remains the named partner.[2][3][4]
IMPLS also owns VALO2ASIA, a publication focused on the Asian VALORANT scene. VALO2ASIA’s 2021 launch invitational connected its regional editorial coverage with live competition.[6]
