The Fédération Française de Football (FFF) is France’s national football governing body. Established in 1919, it is an association under the 1901 law recognized as serving the public interest. Its headquarters are at 87 boulevard de Grenelle in Paris.[1]

The federation organizes and oversees French national teams, domestic competitions, player and coach training, and the development of amateur football. Its responsibilities include competitions such as the Coupe de France and National, as well as refereeing and technical development.[1]

Its eFoot program includes French national selections in football video games: a FIFA team launched in April 2018 and a PES team launched in 2020. The federation’s broader eFoot activities predate its current KONAMI partnership.[2]

The FFF announced a partnership with Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. in August 2022, bringing the French national team into eFootball and associating the federation with selected international esports events.[3] On October 2, 2026, the federation confirmed a multi-year renewal retaining KONAMI’s official football video game partner designation and commercial, imagery and activation rights, with continued representation in selected esports events.[4]
