TaKeTV is a German esports and gaming production company founded by Dennis Gehlen in 2010. Its headquarters, studios, and TaKeTV Bar are in Krefeld, with branches in Cologne and Berlin. The company has also worked from XPERION gaming arenas in those cities.[2][3]
The company plans and produces live, hybrid, and digital events, and provides live-broadcast, media, and graphics production. Its services include event planning and execution, consulting, and white-label productions for clients using TaKeTV studios or outside venues.[2][4]
TaKeTV’s best-known in-house property is the HomeStory Cup, a StarCraft II tournament series. The company traces its origins to four-player matches that Gehlen broadcast from his living room in 2011; the event later developed into a multi-day competition built around close access to players and community programming.[3][5]
