PTG Database Analysis
ENCE’s financial record provides a clear example of the exposure an independent esports club can face when competitive income and league-linked commercial arrangements change. ENCE eSports Oy’s reported revenue fell for two consecutive years through 2025, after the club sold the core of its Counter-Strike roster and lost its permanent ESL Pro League place. The reported accounts show the timing of those changes alongside the decline; they do not isolate each factor’s effect.[3]
In March 2026, ENCE said it would refocus on Finland and rebuild Counter-Strike around Finnish talent. Its October bankruptcy announcement is a later development in that restructuring: the board decided to file, while the report’s trade-register check did not yet show a bankruptcy entry.[4][3]
